The director of our company, Shahin Gadimli, conducted a master class “22 obstacles on the path to leadership” for entrepreneurs and hired managers. Not every manager is a leader, but everyone wants to be one. Leadership is the exercise of control without the use of official sources of power. There is an opinion that leadership is an innate quality and not everyone can be a leader. But the reality is that many of them are prevented from becoming leaders by the obstacles they face along the way.
More than 40 event participants learned about such obstacles as Icarus syndrome, good person syndrome, positive projection, waiting for a hero, magnetic illusion, door threat, old employee sins, the fountain of “Ideas” and others.
